1. Agreement
By using carfaxdeals.us (the "Service") or purchasing a report through it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What we provide
CarfaxDeals delivers official vehicle history reports generated by CARFAX, Inc. for the VIN you submit. Reports are delivered by email as a PDF and/or shareable link, unmodified from the original document. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CARFAX, Inc.
3. Ordering and delivery
- You are responsible for submitting a correct, complete 17-character VIN. Reports generated for a VIN you mistyped are still considered delivered.
- Delivery is automated and typically completes within minutes of payment. Occasional delays may occur; if your report hasn't arrived within 1 hour, check your spam folder, then contact support.
- Bundle purchases (3 or 5 reports) are delivered as credits you can redeem for any VINs at any time. Credits do not expire.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in USD and charged as one-time payments — there are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes never affect orders already placed.
5. Acceptable use
Reports are for your personal or business use in evaluating vehicles. You agree not to:
- Resell, mass-distribute, or scrape reports obtained through the Service;
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud or misrepresentation of a vehicle's history;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
We may refuse service or cancel orders that violate these terms, with a refund where payment was taken but no report delivered.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: if we cannot generate a report for your VIN, you receive a full refund or a replacement credit — your choice.
7. Accuracy of report data
Vehicle history reports reflect the records available to CARFAX, Inc. at the time of generation. Not every incident in a vehicle's life is reported to those databases. A clean report does not guarantee a vehicle is free of problems, and report contents are provided for information only — they are not a substitute for a professional mechanical inspection. We are not responsible for the completeness or accuracy of the underlying data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarfaxDeals' total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses arising from vehicle purchase decisions.
9. Intellectual property
All third-party trademarks, including CARFAX®, are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for informational purposes only. The design and original content of carfaxdeals.us are our property and may not be copied without permission.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
